About

Spark creation is a lot of things, but most importantly a record of what we envision, what we build and what we create.

What would you love to created?

I’m a man who has been reading self help for as long as I can remember to very little effect. Doing reasonably good work, in a reasonably good job, having a reasonably good marriage, having reasonably good health, having reasonably good relationship with my family, having a few reasonably good friendships, all this was my sort of stuck/status quo. It left me feeling like something important was missing. Where was the zest of life in my everyday? Was I supposed to build in more spontaneity by going to see a concert every once in a while, or going on a vacation now and again? When I did these things, it never shook me out of that feeling of something important missing.

In the spring of 2025, I started reading and learning about structure (what it is and how it works), primarily from the these three authors: Christopher Michael Duncan, William Whitecloud and Robert Fritz. Basically, there are three modes of operation that determine the structure of everything. The structure of a pendulum is such that it is built to oscillate, it goes back and forth indefinitely. A fence on a property line or a damn in the water is fixed or stuck, it doesn’t move at all, and can’t be moved easily either, even with significant force. A wheel on a car is designed to flow from one place to another with the help of the steering wheel. A soccer ball is the same way, it flows from one player to another.
